Mountain Warehouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Rouse Hill (RHI). You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, high‐performing team and drive daily operations while upholding the Mountain Warehouse brand.

You will train and develop the team, maintain product knowledge, and ensure outstanding customer service. You'll monitor KPIs, manage stock, and support sales targets with a proactive approach to loss prevention and safety.
