Journey Early Learning seeks a Family Enrolments Specialist to be the first point of contact for families beginning their Journey. You will support enquiries, coordinate tours, and guide families through enrolment, working with Centre Leadership Teams to drive occupancy with warmth and professionalism.
You'll help ensure a seamless experience across VIC, QLD and NT centres, manage enrolment documentation, and contribute to ongoing improvements in enrolment processes and family experiences.
