About the Role
We are looking for a
Casual Practice Administrator
to provide reception and administration support at our
Bounce Health Group Blackburn clinic
.
The successful applicant
must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
, with a variety of
morning and evening shifts
across these days.
You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic and creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, phone calls and client enquiries




Processing payments and daily takings
Maintaining a clean, tidy and patient-ready clinic environment
Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms
What We're Looking For
Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for a variety of morning and evening shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and email
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Previous administration or medical reception experience preferred
Experience with practice management software is a bonus
