Laboratory Technician (Level 1) – Nagambie
n
Recruitment Select is currently seeking an experienced Level 1 Laboratory Technician to join a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Nagambie.
n
This is a casual position offering 38 hours per week, with successful applicants required to work a rotating shift roster.
n
Shift Times
n
n
Day Shift:7:00am to 3:00pm
n
Afternoon Shift:3:00pm to 11:00pm
n
Night Shift:11:00pm to 7:00am
n
n
About the Role
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Conducting product testing to determine chemical and physical characteristics
n
Recording and maintaining accurate test results
n
Preparing bottling-related documentation and forms
n
Calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments
n
Maintaining calibration and testing records
n




Preparing chemical solutions as required
n
Monitoring and maintaining laboratory samples
n
Coordinating and preparing samples for external client analysis
n
Ensuring compliance with all food safety standards and procedures
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
n
n
Previous experience as a Level 1 Laboratory Technician
n
A positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude
n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
n
Reliable transport
n
Full working rights within Australia
n
The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Assessment
n
A current National Police Check
