Job Description
Parratech Group is seeking a Site Safety Advisor to support Melbourne projects, ensuring safe delivery of construction and fit-out works. You will work with project leaders and subcontractors to verify critical controls, escalate risks, and uphold the safety management system.

You will review SWMS, conduct inspections, onboard subcontractors, investigate incidents, and drive practical safety outcomes on site, with a focus on maintaining secure work practices and continuous improvement.
