About the Role:
n
We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Team Members to join our residential production team. We currently have positions Afternoon shift, 2pm to *****pm, Monday to Friday. Based in Tuggerah, this role is ideal for someone with experience on the tools, candidates new to the industry will also be considered.
n
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
n
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
n
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
n

we are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Experienced in a similar role, or Industry, previous on the tools experience highly desirable
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards
n
Problem-Solving Mindset: Approaches challenges and obstacles with problem-solving acumen, seeking innovative solutions to complex issues.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Fearless of Challenges: Embraces challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement, demonstrating no hesitation in addressing obstacles head-on.

Good Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.

Ability to pass Pre-Employment medical including drug & Alcohol testing
