What you'll be doing:

Answering inbound calls and walking customers through their salary packaging accounts.
n
Solving queries with empathy, speed, and accuracy.
n
Managing customer records and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you bring:

Strong communication skills and a naturally helpful attitude.

Experience in customer service (contact center, retail, or hospitality all count!).

Confidence using computers and navigating basic software.
