Eastco Construction Solutions is growing and looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our permanent team.
n
Eastco delivers modular building installations, site accommodation, education, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout South East Queensland and regional Queensland.
n
We are expanding our crews, fleet, equipment and project capability to support a strong pipeline of work from *********.
n
This isn't a role for one project. We're looking for someone who wants consistent, long-term work rather than patchy project-to-project employment.

The Role
n
n
Structural steel fabrication and installation
n
MIG welding and general fabrication
n
Modular building modifications
n
Steel frames, brackets and supports
n
Decks, stairs and landings
n
Handrails and access structures
n
Tie-down and building connection components
n
Site measuring, repairs and modifications
n
Reading plans and fabrication drawings
n
Working alongside our Carpenters and installation crews
n
Regional projects and working away when required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade-qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator
n
Strong welding and fabrication skills
n
Able to read drawings and work from measurements
n
Comfortable with both workshop and site installation
n
Current driver's licence and White Card
n
Good attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
n
Willing to work away when required
n
Flexible for overtime and Saturday work
n
Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift, Dogging or Rigging tickets are an advantage.
n
Experience in modular construction, site accommodation, commercial construction or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
