Aspire Early Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Educator to join our established team at our Bella Estate service in Clyde.

The Opportunity
n
As an Assistant Educator, you will:
n
n
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children across the toddler space.
n
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow
n
Work collaboratively with Lead Educators,



Room Leaders and the Centre Leadership Team
n
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Assist with implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Help maintain a high standard of care, education and supervision
n
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and service policies
n
Work flexible shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm as part of a permanent part-time roster
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting
n
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
n
A positive, flexible and professional approach to your work
n
