Job Description
Goodwin Aged Care is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our on-site café at Farrer. You'll ensure smooth, secure, and welcoming service for residents, families and staff, while managing rosters, finances and compliance in collaboration with the Head Chef and Village Manager.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service, rostering, stock control, POS and financial reporting, plus food safety and RSA where applicable.
