The NSW Health Central Coast Local Health District is offering a temporary part time Registered Nurse role in the Community Nursing team. You will deliver person-centred nursing care to clients across the Central Coast, performing assessments, care planning and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.
Availability on Mondays and Fridays with potential weekend/afternoon shifts; must hold AHPRA registration and a current NSW Driver Licence.
