We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Fitter who are looking for a career change, and are eager to expand their skill set and learn rail grinding as Trainee Machine
Operator/Maintainers
for our Sydney operations, working on our multi-million-dollar rail grinding trains and vehicles.

The Role

This exciting chance involves both day and predominantly night shifts, offering a unique role in the Rail sector. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player with a robust work ethic, the right abilities, and a positive attitude to succeed and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain rail grinding machines and equipment.
n




Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
n
Follow all safety protocols and company values.
n
Complete tasks as per instructions to a high standard of quality.
n

Requirements

Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to the company's values.
n
Ability to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
n
Physically fit and able to meet Category 1 Rail medical requirements (including full colour vision).
n
100% commitment to safety.
n
n
Desirable (but not essential)
n
n
HR licence.
n
First Aid certification.
n
