Support the business by building customer loyalty through a genuine desire to provide excellent customer experiences
n
Role model in brand presentation for Duffs Jewellers
n
Skills and Experience
n
Three to four years of management experience in a retail environment, ideally fashion/luxury retail.
n
Demonstrated customer relations practice in a variety of settings
n
Effective literacy and numeracy skills
n
Ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators
n
Effective staff management
n
High level conflict resolution experience
n
Receptive to one-on-one performance coaching
