Job Description
A-FLO Equipment is seeking a hands-on leader to head the Internal Sales & Customer Service team in Melbourne. You will coach staff, handle customer enquiries, manage quotations from start to finish, and actively pursue upsell opportunities while supporting the national sales team.

You will stay involved with customers and day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate order processing and strong KPI performance in a fast-paced workplace.
