Job Description
St Georges Basin Pharmacy is looking for a motivated, patient-focused AHPRA Registered Pharmacist to join our friendly community pharmacy team. This is a permanent part-time position, with the flexibility to offer full-time hours for the right candidate. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and become a valued part of the local community, providing skilled, personalised healthcare in a friendly and approachable environment.

Fully AHPRA registered pharmacists only – no interns.

Key responsibilities

Provide NDSS services
n
Deliver community DAA services
n
Support a small number of OTP clients
n
Provide medication counselling and management
n
Deliver general community pharmacy services
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular patients
n
Work as part of a supportive team environment

Currently registered with AHPRA as a Pharmacist
n
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
n
Friendly, approachable and community-minded
n
A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with patients
n
Organised,

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Keen to contribute to a positive and supportive pharmacy environment
