We have delivered high quality maintenance and gardening services to a range of prestige customers across Melbourne for over 30 years. Are you passionate about gardening and dedicated to keeping outdoor spaces in tip top order? Do you have a positive attitude and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. We will consider either a full-time or part-time position for the right candidate. State your preference in your application.

What you'll do
n
n
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning and planting to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' gardens
n
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper hydration of plants
n
Diagnose and treat plant diseases, pests, and other issues as necessary
n




Trim and shape trees and shrubs to maintain their appearance and promote healthy growth
n
Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
n
Keep detailed records of gardening activities, plantings, and maintenance schedules
n
Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and expectations for their gardens
n
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
n
Assist with landscaping projects as needed
n

To join us you will need

Proven experience as a gardener, in a similar role or a demonstrated capability for outdoor work.

A commitment to working in a safe environment
n
The ability to operate small power tools such as mowers, brush cutters and hedge trimmers
n
Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
n
Excellent communication skills and the maturity to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
n
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
n
Landscaping and horticultural certifications are a plus
n
A current Working With Children's Card and Police Check or a willingness to obtain same
n
