Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Regional Victoria
We are seeking a solid clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full-Time
ANUM Year 2
position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity.
Please Note the Roster:
You will provide vital leadership coverage outside of the NUM's standard hours (Mon-Fri, *********). This requires a flexible approach to afternoon and weekend shifts.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
To be successful in this role, you
must
meet the following criteria:
Aged Care Leadership:
Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the
Aged Care sector
.
Regional Relocation:
This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is
not
commutable from Melbourne.



You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

Compensation
Current:
$***** per hour.
From Mid-May ****:
$***** per hour.
Plus applicable shift penalties, superannuation, and generous salary packaging.
About You
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.
A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
