Job DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic & experienced Shift Leaders to join our team in Caboolture North (Big Fish) which is set to open January ****.We are looking for positive, ambitious, like-minded people in Casual and Full Time positions.
As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standardsLead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and collective goalsManage staff schedules and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficientlyMonitor inventory levels and assist with stock managementMaintain a clean, organised,



and safe work environmentAssist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to existing staffCollaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve operational processesPrepare and submit accurate shift reports and other relevant documentationQualificationsProven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service or retail sectorDemonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer serviceFood Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (or willingness to complete the course)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsBasic computer literacy for managing schedules, reports, and other administrative tasksAbility to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a quick-paced environmentCommitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisationAdditional InformationApplicants must be 18+ to apply for this leadership roleHiring commencing October for training in the Caboolture restaurant until Caboolture North opens Jan ****Positions available for Casual, Part time and Full Time
