You'll help foster connection, promote wellbeing, and create moments that truly matter.This role based at our Tweed Heads care home, will see you working closely with the nursing and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers.

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to "think on your feet", communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.
In addition, you will alsoCertificate III in Individual Support, Leisure & Lifestyle, Health Services or a similar qualification advantageous (however, not mandatory for this role)Previous experience in Aged Care, Lifestyle or similar role (minimum 12 months preferred)Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (preferred)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Understanding of person-centred care and resident wellbeingA positive, energetic, and compassionate approachStrong teamwork, communication,
