You will play an important role in enhancing residents' well-being and quality of life, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and supported.Juniper Gerdewoonem is a small residential home featuring 35 rooms with individualised support through person-centered care approach.
The facility has access to various communal areas, including multiple dining rooms, a spacious central activity room, and cozy lounge areas.
The home has beautifully landscaped courtyards, gardens, and a fire pit.
Gerdewoonem also collaborates with elders and local community members to foster a strong connection to culture and family.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobilitySupport residents' independence and participation in meaningful daily activities, promoting dignity and choiceAssist with the secure administration of medication in accordance with Juniper policies and proceduresMaintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health,
