This is a great opportunity to combine your customer service, administration and mechanical knowledge in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating workshop activity, keeping customers informed and ensuring jobs progress efficiently from initial booking through to completion.About the RoleYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Coordinating and scheduling workshop bookings alongside the Service SupervisoKeeping customers updated on repair progress and expected completion timesPreparing accurate and timely customer quotations and following up on outstanding quotesProviding administrative support to the Service Supervisor and workshop TechniciansManaging customer enquiries across the phone and front counterOpening and closing jobs and maintaining job registersRaising purchase orders and processing paymentsMonitoring Work in Progress (WIP) and workshop bookingsBuilding strong, ongoing relationships with customersWorking with the workshop team to resolve customer queries and service issuesIdentifying opportunities to maximise parts and service sales through upselling and cross-sellingEnsuring service documentation, approvals and processes meet company requirements.About YouWe're looking for someone who brings solid customer service skills alongside an understanding of a mechanical, parts or service environment.Ideally, you'll have:Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administrator,



Service Coordinator or similar positionExperience within a mechanical, automotive, heavy vehicle, mining equipment or related service environmentMechanical or parts knowledge, with trade or technical experience highly regardedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working with technical catalogues, bulletins and support informationCompetent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and ExcelA proactive, professional and customer-first approachThe ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.Why choose Team Penske?
