We are seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join us in delivering premium hospitality experiences across our restaurants, bars, rooftop, weddings and event spaces.
Your RoleAs a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality team, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our members and guests.What we are Looking ForWe are seeking team players who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar hospitality role
Food and wine service experience is essential
Experience in semi-fine dining is highly desirable
Previous experience working in a private members' club is preferred
Experience working in large-scale events and functions is advantageous
Confident discussing menu items, ingredients and dietary requirements (RACA training provided)
Current RSA certification is mandatory
Barista and coffee-making skills are essential
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to consistently deliver quality coffee
Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene standards
Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Assist with table setup and pack down
Greet and engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
Operate POS systems and manage transactions
Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with RSA guidelines
Support event operations as needed
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
Self-motivated, common sense, "can do attitude" and willing to learn and we can train you if you have work ethic...
Rates of Pay (Club Employee Casuals): Level 2 and Level 3 with loadings
(Level 2) Mon-Fri $*****, Sat $*****, Sun $*****, Public holidays $*****
(Level 3) Mon-Fri $*****, Sat $*****, Sun $*****, Public holidays $*****
Rotating roster – Monday to Saturday.
