We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support to our people across the business.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping people and finding practical solutions to IT issues.
What you'll be doingProvide first and second-level IT support to internal employeesTroubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issuesRespond to and manage IT service requests through the service deskSet up and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipmentAssist users with Microsoft 365, Windows and business applicationsManage user access, accounts and permissionsEscalate more complex technical issues when requiredMaintain accurate IT asset records and support documentationWork with the wider IT team to improve systems, processes and the user experience What we're looking for5+ years of experience in an IT support,
