Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Prospect Hotel Motel.

We're open to an experienced CDP or a solid Demi Chef ready to step up, with the skills and confidence to take ownership of a section through prep and service in one of our top-performing kitchens.

What you'll do
n
n
Prepare and cook quality pub meals
n
Independently run your section through prep and service
n
Work across grill, pans, fryers and larder
n
Manage food preparation, stock rotation and food safety
n
Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service
n
Support the team to deliver consistent food every shift
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
Experience independently running a section in a pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
n




Confidence working across grill, pans, fryers and larder
n
Strong food safety, stock rotation and organisation
n
Availability across a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
