They are looking for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join their paediatric team, with full-time or part‐time options available across Moonee Ponds and Sunshine North. You'll work with children and adolescents (approximately 18 months to 20 years) and be supported to develop your clinical skills through regular supervision, team learning and access to resources.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention for paediatric clients
Goal setting with families and collaborating with the broader team
Creating clear therapy plans and completing high-quality reports
Seeing clients in clinic and/or at local schools (if desired)
Work-from-home flexibility for reporting/administration as needed

Supervision frequency tailored to you (weekly to fortnightly)
Cross-discipline supervision and learning from OTs and Psychologists
Fortnightly team supervision with PD and complex case discussions
Opportunity to develop special interests (e.g., language, speech, feeding)
Large shared resource library to support session planning

Salary $85,000 + super

Key requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA membership
