About the role
n
We're on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Team Member to help maintain our food manufacturing facility to the highest standards. This role on offer is Monday to Thursday starting from 11am - 8pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Thoroughly clean and sanitise production equipment, machinery, and surfaces to meet food safety standards.
n
Disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
n
Remove rubbish and recycling from designated areas.
n
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
n
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
n
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
n
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
n




Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Sanitation Team Leader or Manager.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred).
n
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling.
n
Familiarity with WHS and HACCP principles.
n
Experience operating cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
n
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
n
