John Pearcy Audiology Pty Ltd is seeking a permanent part time (0.6 FTE) Administration Officer / Receptionist to join our team in Camp Hill, Queensland. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our audiology clinic.

What you'll be doing
n
Greeting and welcoming clients, both in-person and on the phone, with exceptional customer service
n
Handling client enquiries and appointments, including booking, rescheduling and confirming appointments
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
n
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as preparing and processing deliveries
n
Processing client payments, including preparing invoicing (in Xero) and processing Medicare and HICAPS claims
n
Clean, repair and troubleshoot client hearing aids
n
Providing support to the clinical team as required
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Experience within the healthcare sector would be highly valued, but is not essential
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients of all ages
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills,



with the ability to multitask effectively
n
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
n
The ability to quickly acquire new skills, including repairing hearing aids, pairing hearing aids to mobile phones and using specialised clinic appointment and invoicing software systems, is essential
n
Availability to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
n
Flexibility to provide occasional Saturday morning relief to cover other staff is essential
n
Availability to work occasional Tuesdays or Thursdays to cover staff leave is desirable
n
