The Opportunity
n
We're looking for experienced HVAC and Electrical Service Technicians to join our growing
n
team in Coffs Harbour, servicing clients across the Mid North Coast.
n
If you're a dual-trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic and Electrician who enjoys fault finding and solving problems, and you'd like steady service work instead of short-term projects, this role is for you. You'll look after a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients, keeping their HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC,
n
refrigeration and electrical systems
n
Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults to minimise downtime for clients
n
Service, repair and replace chillers, packaged units, split systems, AHUs, FCUs and
n
exhaust fans
n
Fault-find motor controls, VSDs, sensors, controls and control wiring
n
Maintain and upgrade switchboards and mechanical services boards
n




Carry out electrical testing, compliance and refrigerant handling work
n
Complete digital service reports, job sheets and maintenance documentation
n
Work closely with facility managers, clients and other trades
n
Deliver all work safely, professionally and to a high standard
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Dual trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and Electrotechnology
n
Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC01)
n
Current NSW Electrical Licence
n
Commercial or industrial service and maintenance experience
n
Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Current driver's licence White Card Good communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full Australian working rights
n
n

For BMS experience
n
VSD and motor control experience
n
Working at Heights, EWP Licence and Confined Space tickets
n
Test & Tag competency
n
Experience in healthcare, government or critical-environment sites
