Community Clubs and Coaches
n
Within your allocated zone, deliver club-based coach education and development packages to junior and youth coaches. A mix of whole junior coaching group and one-on-one with coaches.
n
This role aims to positively impact coaching capability and retention, player experiences and retention, coach behaviour, and game day environments.
n
Your passion and current skill set to develop coaches will be supported through regular coach development professional development and collaborating with other Coach Developers.

Engagement in the position to commence from November **** with an induction. Peak periods for **** season are February to July, approx. 4hrs per week.

Qualifications

Minimum Elevate/ Level 2 Coaching Accreditation
n
Driver's License
n
DHS Working with Children Check
n

Essential Criteria
n
n
Available for regular evenings during the football season. All elements of the role will be delivered out of normal business hours
n
Experience coaching and/or teaching across a range of age groups
n
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders
n
Ability to achieve outcomes in an autonomous work workplace
n
Highly developed empathy towards junior and youth community coaches
n
n
