You will deliver OT clinical services to consumers of CHATS, including outreach to regional areas, aligned with service plans and priorities.
CHATS supports a high‐performing team across Transition Care, Community Based Rehabilitation, and Commonwealth Home Support programs, with adaptable working arrangements and ongoing opportunities
