The role will work within the estimating team of a couple other Estimators. The successful candidate will be hands-on production estimating for KDR and custom built homes.
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:
BOQs
Procurement, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Databuild
System set up for future works and set up processes
ETS management
Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Director

To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:
Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background
Experience pricing and delivering custom homes
Excellent communication skills
Experience negotiating rates
Good understanding of margins
Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role.
