Job Description
We're looking for a creative, energetic and organised Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join North Coast Hotel Group in Grafton.
n
We want someone who can spot excellent content, build excitement around what's happening at the venue and turn ideas into successful promotions and activations.
n
THE ROLE
n
You will be responsible for the venue's social media and marketing everything from live entertainment / events to food, drinks, weekly promotions and community activities.
n
This is a hands‐on role. We're looking for someone who can create the content, not just schedule it.
n
We value creativity and initiative over formal marketing experience.
n
Ideally, we're looking for someone who:
n
n
Loves social media and content creation
n
Understands Facebook, Instagram and Reels
n
Is confident filming and editing on their phone
n
Knows Canva and CapCut or similar
n
Has a good eye for photos and video
n
Can write engaging content
n
Is organised, proactive and full of ideas
n
Is comfortable creating content in a busy hospitality environment
n
Is available for some night and weekend event coverage
n
Most importantly,



we need someone who identifies opportunities for content and promotion and is able to operate independently.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT
n
n
Create content for Facebook and Instagram
n
Film and edit Reels and short-form video
n
Write captions and promotional copy
n
Create graphics in Canva and assist with graphic design
n
Undertake all SM planning and schedules
n
Capture live events content, including some nights and weekends
n
n
MARKETING & PROMOTIONS
n
n
Target market upcoming events and entertainment
n
Promote weekly food, drink and venue offers
n
Update website and event content
n
Assist with digital marketing
n
Develop promotional activations
n
Analyse SM activity data and utilise to improve campaigns ongoing
n
n
EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS
n
n
Develop and promote brand specific concepts for live music, community events, sporting events, food and drink promotions, seasonal campaigns and local partnerships.
n
