Aruma in Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower participants to live independently. You will create a warm, engaging setting, help with daily activities, and support people to achieve personal goals with dignity and respect.

Five days of online and practical training, plus a thorough onsite induction, prepare you to thrive. You will work across a 24/7 roster including overnights and weekends; CPR/First Aid, checks, and a valid driver's license are valued assets.
