We are seeking a hands-on
AI Execution Lead
to join NobleOak on a
6-month contract
and drive the delivery of our highest-priority AI initiatives.
n
This role is focused on execution, not strategy. Reporting to the Head of IT & AI, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Operations and Technology teams to ensure AI initiatives are delivered efficiently, adopted by frontline teams and improve customer and business outcomes.
n
The ideal candidate will bring experience from financial services, insurance, banking or similar customer-focused industries, together with a robust background working within contact centre sales environments.

What You'll Be Doing
n

n
Leading 3-4 cross-functional AI delivery squads across the business.
n
n
n
n
Driving the implementation of AI solutions across sales, service and underwriting functions.
n
n
n
n
Partnering with business leaders to improve lead conversion, sales productivity and customer engagement.
n
n
n
n
Identifying opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
n
n
n
n
Improving contact centre performance through AI-enabled tools and capabilities.
n
n
n
n
Supporting optimisation of customer journeys, digital funnels and sales processes.
n
n
n
n
Tracking outcomes, managing delivery priorities and maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives.
n

Skills And Experiences

n
About You
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
n
Proven experience working in a contact centre sales environment.
n
n




n
n
Experience leading digital, transformation or AI initiatives from concept through to implementation.
n
n
n
n
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion optimisation.
n
n
n
n
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
n
n
n
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
n
n
n
A hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace and drive outcomes.
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
n
Life insurance, banking or broader financial services experience.
n
n
n
n
Experience in AI-enabled sales or service environments.
n
n
n
n
Contact centre operational leadership experience.
n
n
n
n
Agile delivery experience.
n
n
n
n
Experience with sales analytics, propensity modelling or customer journey optimisation.
n
