THE OPPORTUNITY

WHO ARE YOU
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role or supervisor
Demonstrated experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
Ability to lead by example, share knowledge, and motivate a team
Immaculate presentation standards and a strong focus on exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Skilled, driven, and a strong team player
Demonstrated ability to achieve personal, venue, and company goals while meeting deadlines
Proactive individual who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
Strong gaming knowledge is essential
Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications




Flexibility to work a roster that is predominantly evening shifts, with most finishes around 12:30am, alongside some day shifts
Willingness to take a hands‐on approach to operations, including regular shifts behind the bar as part of our close‐knit management team
Renumeration will be commensurate with experience.
