Job Description
This is a phone based customer engagement role where you will speak with existing supporters and have positive, professional conversations. You will be responsible for: Speaking with existing supporters over the phone
Building rapport and positive relationships Providing a qualified customer experience Following clear systems and processes
Developing your communication skills through structured training Working towards individual and team goals Participating in ongoing coaching and development
Working alongside a supportive team Hours Monday to Thursday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am to 6:15pm
