Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults (9-25) with disability, across multiple locations. You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team, plan NDIS therapy packages, and work in homes, schools, and community settings.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in youth work and/or social work, with registration and a commitment to growth. Drive to meet billable targets and engage families is essential.
