Set in the seaside town of Mount Eliza, Ranelagh Club is a private members' sporting and social club overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Members enjoy tennis, sailing, private beach access, beach boxes, and a fully licensed clubhouse bar and restaurant.
With summer approaching, we're looking for an experienced
Chef de Partie
to join our team in our recently renovated kitchen. Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday, with a fresh seasonal menu and weekly specials. We also cater for club events and private functions.

About you
You'll bring:
A passion for food, quality and presentation
Strong bistro and event experience
Confidence working in a busy kitchen
Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
Sound food handling and workplace safety knowledge




A trade qualification and full working rights in Australia
