Job Description
Cumberland City Council is recruiting a Casual Customer Service Officer – Aquatic Centres to provide a high-quality customer experience at our swim centres in Merrylands. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and bookings, supporting across council sites as needed.

The role requires WWCC and HLTAID011 First Aid, along with robust communication, teamwork and time management skills to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
