Job Description
Moranbah Mini Earthmovers Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Operator to join our team in Moranbah, QLD. In this role, you will perform a variety of heavy equipment operations to support our civil projects, on a Mine site in the local area.

What you'll be doing
n
Operate a range of heavy machinery and equipment such as Scraper, Graders and trucks
n
Perform general maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
n
Assist with site preparation, earthworks, loading/unloading, and material handling
n
Work collaboratively within a small team environment to deliver project outcomes
n
Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Multi Skilled Operator in the mining or construction industry
n
Must have Grader experience
n
Competent in the operation of a range of heavy equipment including Scraper, graders and trucks
n
Experience required on Graders and at least one equipment type with willingness to develop skills across multiple machines
n
The ability to perform basic maintenance
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills




n
Current driver's licence and relevant tickets/licenses (e.g. HC, Scraper, Grader)
n
Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of working safely
n

This role operates on a 9‐day fortnight roster (Monday–Thursday one week, Monday–Friday the next). Every weekend off!
