Key responsibilities
Pulling shots, dialling in and keeping the coffee consistent
Taking orders, running food and drinks, and looking after the floor
Talking coffee (and other deliciousness) with regulars
Deliver excellent service to customers in all areas of service
Setting up, packing down, and keeping the place clean as you go
Participate actively in team meetings, compliance training, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Twelve months or more in Barista and/or hospitality experience
Good with people and cares about what lands in the cup — and on the plate
Sound understanding of coffee making, café food prep, and customer service standards
Handle busy environments and rush hours
Locations
We operate across three sites: Fyshwick (the roastery and HQ), Curtin and City.
Work type
