MacKillop Family Services Pty is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker to join the OOHC team in Bendigo and surrounds. You will support young people daily, help them build life skills, and respond to trauma with calm, compassionate guidance.
The role includes day shifts, active night shifts, part time and casual opportunities. We value trauma-informed care, resilience, and a genuine commitment to wellbeing for children and families.
