Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting clients with a smile
Answering phone calls with clarity and professionalism
Data entry with high attention to detail
Managing appointments and spreadsheets with strong numeracy skills
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of our practice
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone

Robust attention to detail and familiarity with basic office software
