An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Scrum Master
to lead and coordinate Agile delivery teams across complex ICT projects. The successful
Scrum Master
will work closely with Business Analysts, QA, UX/UI, Service Design and Development teams to drive effective delivery and continuous improvement. The successful
Scrum Master
will be offered an initial
12-month contract with the view to be extended
, with opportunities across
QLD, ACT, VIC and NSW
and hybrid working arrangements.
The successful Scrum Master will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Lead Scrum teams and Agile ceremonies.
Manage sprints, releases and product backlogs.
Lead PI Planning and delivery forecasting.




Coach teams and drive Agile maturity.
The successful Scrum Master will have experience in the following:
3+ years delivering complex Agile projects.
Strong
SAFe and Scrum
methodology experience.
Advanced
Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
skills.
Robust stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills.
