Done And Dusted Cleaning And Maintenance Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and thorough Cleaner – Residential & Commercial Cleaning to join our growing team on a Casual basis. This is a casual position based in Mildura VIC ****, offering flexibility for those looking for part-time or variable hours work. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across both residential and commercial properties, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and a clean, welcoming environment. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering quality results consistently.

What you'll be doing
n
Performing thorough cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and outdoor spaces
n
Conducting commercial cleaning duties across offices, retail spaces, warehouses and other business facilities
n
Using appropriate cleaning equipment, tools and chemical products safely and effectively
n
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces to high standards
n
Emptying waste bins and managing refuse disposal appropriately
n
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is running low
n
Liaising professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and preferences
n
Respecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality within residential and commercial properties
n
Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
n
Working independently and managing time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
n
What we're looking for

Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning environments
n
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
n
Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
n
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to adhere to scheduled cleaning appointments
n
Strong work ethic and professional attitude towards clients and team members
n
Knowledge of appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
n
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
n
Valid working rights in Australia
n
Preferably, experience with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques
