Alzheimer's Queensland is seeking an experienced community-services leader to manage and grow Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services across the Darling Downs region, based at the Toowoomba Multi Service Centre.
Reporting to the State Manager – Queensland & Recent South Wales, you will be accountable for service delivery, client engagement, financial and workforce performance, quality and sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to shape CHSP expansion in the area.
