Provide support to Production Manager, QA Manager and Leading Hand.
n
Obtain and maintain equipment operating licenses / permits as required e.g. Drivers Licence. If loss of licence occurs immediately notify Manager.
n
Prepare and maintain work areas to ensure jobs can be safely and efficiently completed.
n
High level of initiative and ability to think laterally to identify issues and propose solutions.
n
Complete jobs as per instructions (If you see "better ways" to undertake the job make suggestions to Manager who will determine the approach.).
n
Use all tools and equipment in accordance with the relevant operating instructions.
n
Maintain work areas and equipment as per manufacturers recommendations.
n
Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
n
Prepare and travel to sites to complete work as directed.
n
Attend sites and measure jobs as requested.
n
Sign on and off work sites as required by the site owner/operator.
n
When working on-site ensure that the daily claims book is signed by the client each day and note any requests that are outside the job scope prior to client signoff.
n




When leaving sites ensure all material is cleaned from site and vehicle, tools and equipment is securely loaded.
n
Complete safety risk assessments.
n
Complete equipment checklists and protected operating procedures.
n
Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
n
Operate machinery to assist in the production process.
n
Assemble materials and equipment as required.
n
Monitor the fabrication process and complete quality documentation as required.
n
Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
n
Maintain materials consumed on Aroflo.
n
Pack goods to be shipped.
n
Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfil orders.
n
Clean work area following completion of shift.
