About the Role
We are seeking a agile, hands-on Duty Manager to play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the Club.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead frontline teams, drive service excellence, uphold compliance standards and ensure every member and guest receives an exceptional experience.
This role is ideal for an ambitious hospitality leader who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys balancing people leadership, customer engagement and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire teams across gaming, bar, food & beverage, functions and venue operations
Champion exceptional customer service and confidently manage escalated guest enquiries
Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance standards
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and Club operating procedures
Maintain outstanding presentation, safety and operational standards across the venue
Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, incident management and shift reporting
Assist with rostering, stock control, security and venue maintenance requirements
Support the successful delivery of functions, promotions and special events
Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
About You
You are a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You lead from the front, make sound decisions under pressure and know how to bring out the best in your team.
To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within clubs, pubs, gaming or hospitality environments




Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
Strong operational knowledge across gaming, food & beverage and venue operations
Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills
Experience managing compliance, cash handling and daily venue reporting
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make decisions independently
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Current First Aid Certificate (highly regarded)
