About the Role:
n
We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focusedScraper Operators to join our team working at a large open-cut gold mining project located near Ravenswood, North Queensland.
n
The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe and productive operation
ofCaterpillarscrapers
in a production environment.
n
You will play an important role in supporting site operations by contributing to efficient material movement and maintaining high standards of safety and equipment care.
n
The successful candidate will have the following:
n
n
Demonstrated experience operating Scrapers within a mining environment.
n
RII Statement of Attainments including Standard 11
n
Current & valid Driver's Licence
n
Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
n
Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
n
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment silica medical and drug and alcohol screening.
n
