We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong tenant relations, and maximising returns for landlords.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating all aspects of property management, including tenant selection and lease renewals
Addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Managing maintenance and repairs, including liaising with trades and contractors
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Delivering exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners
About you
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property management role




Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
Proficiency with property management software and related technologies
A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience with NCAT
